ABOUT DAVID
David has lived in the Niagara Region for the majority of his life and could not picture a better place to live. Before getting into real estate, David worked as a residential painter where he established a keen eye for detail and passion for exceptional client service. These skills have translated into his career as a real estate agent as he continually dedicates his time and energy to consistently serve his clients in the Niagara Region.
Over the last 5 years in real estate, David has seen his business grow rapidly as his clients are continually satisfied with his expertise, transparency and professionalism. David combines the intellect needed to be a top tier agent with the care and charisma that clients want to feel at ease when making their real estate decisions.
David joined the Wayne Schilstra Team in 2018. With three sales representatives and a full time administrator, the Wayne Schilstra Team has always believed in putting the client first, and they specialize in selling residential resales and rural properties. Together they have enjoyed tremendous success and work tirelessly to provide an unmatched real estate experience to their clients in the Niagara, Hamilton and Haldimand Regions.
David currently lives in Smithville with his wife Taylor and his two sons, Ezekiel and Landon.
